The Repair Box comes with several features that include repair order management, allowing for repair order handling from the admin and workshop areas. The admin person has access to a full list of all orders, while the technician can only view the list of orders assigned to them. The system also allows for repair order collection from the public area, with customers making bookings and processing payments.
Customers can also control their booking from the customer widget, which can be placed anywhere for repair booking. In the workshop area, bookings can be made by selecting the predefined brand, device, and defects without payment processing. The technician can also book and invoice repair orders from the workshop, with orders automatically assigned to them.
In the admin area, bookings can be made by selecting the predefined brand, device, and defects, along with customer information, without payment processing. The admin can assign repair orders and invoicing, while repair orders can also be invoiced manually by entering all information without selecting from existing options.
